Hunter is a 2004 APHA registered black & white homozygous Tobiano stallion that stands a solid 15.3 hands.

We are very excited about this new boy. Hunter is very well mannered, you would almost think he was a gelding.

He is a proven producer of quality foals with very calm dispositions, beautiful movement and great conformation.

Hunter comes from proven jumping stock and has full siblings winning in the Hunter and Jumper ring! It’s no wonder with a pedigree containing such greats as Dixie War Drum, Secretariat, Bold Ruler, War Admiral and Man O’War twice as well as AQHA Hall Of Fame sires Depth Charge, Three Bars and Peter McCue!

Hunter is sure to be one of the top sires of pleasure, hunter jumper and sport horses with the added bonus of COLOR - 100% of the time!

Hunter was started again under saddle as a 5 year old after having almost 3 years off . Hunter had 90 days Professional training as a 2 year old then spent the next 3 years leaving his mark with 25 beautiful colored foals now on the ground and more to come next year.

We have big plans for this stallion. He is a very willing learner. Hunter competed at his first jumping show on August 9th 2009 at Coghlan Park out on their grass Derby field he was such a good boy he jumped around all the spooky colorful jumps like he had been doing it for years. He even got some high ribbons.

Hunter was shown at Maple Ridge Labor Day Hunter jumper show in the Baby Green Hunter division and the Young Horse Development Class the September long weekend he came home with lots of ribbons winning a class and place second and third in almost all his classes.

2010 - Hunter did his first show of the year at Thunderbird Show Park in the under saddles classes. He got ribbons in every class even placing second in the Hunter under saddle class.

March 28th 2010- Hunter placed 2nd ,5th and 6th over Fences at the March Thunderbird Show over fences. We are very happy with him. Video below.

Out on the trail Hunter is a perfect gentlemen. I can ride him with a mare at his side and you would not think he was a stallion. He is safe enough even a beginner could trail ride him. I just love this new boy.
