Farms
(Breeders of Top Sport Ponies). He is out of a very fancy 11.3hh Section
“A” Welsh mare
“Young’s
Country Lady III”
and she jumps a 10. His sire is one of the few direct son’s of legendry
“Cor de La Bryere”.
Coeur de Lion was imported as a colt
from Germany in the early 80’s. His dam Falke was by Legendry sire
Farnese who himself was a foundation sire for the
Holstein bred. Coeur D’Avion is breed to jump
and jump is what he does best. He scored an 8 out of 10 for his Free
jumping at the Oldenburg inspection in Sept/05. As a 4 year old in 2006
you will see him showing in the Hunter Divisions at the “A” shows in
B.C. He has already proven himself in the breed shows from the time he
was a young colt. This year winning The Part Welsh Championship and
winning The Sport Pony Colts 3yrs and under Class at the Welsh Show in
July 2005. Also at the Breeder Classic Fall show he was Reserve Champion
Conformation 3 year old Pony Hunter under Saddle. His first two foals
both colts have already made a big impression
Coeur D’Espirt
scored an 8.1 at the
ASPR
inspections and was National
Champion for all of Canada . His second foal
Can’t Touch This was also premium and scored 7.3 in Sept
2005 ASPR inspections. This is a top quality pony with top
Holstein and Welsh bloodlines
This Pony is very
versatile going from the Hunter to the jumper ring.

April 2006 News: Coeur
D'Avion was shown at the Thunderbird Show Park Winter Series and got high ribbons in both the under saddle classes and over fences
.
August 4th 2006 News. Coeur D'Avion is now
being shown by a child. He competed at the August Windsor Hunter Jumper show and
won ribbons over fences and under saddle with a child on him.
August 15th 2006 News. Coeur D'Avion will be
shown at the Thunderbird Show Park Show August 18th and 19th in the Training
Hunter Pony. He is now ready for a child to take him to the top. Great
around children and easy to ride. Clips, baths, trailers, loves to go on trail
rides.
August 18th 2006 News Coeur D'Avion competes
in his first big "A" Show at Thunderbird Show Park with over 700 enters.
